Miranda Chang is the founding principal of Chang & Associates. She has provided closely-held businesses and individuals with accounting, tax and other related consultation services customized to their specific needs for over a decade. Miranda received her Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Cornell University and her Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and finance from Indiana University. In her spare time, Miranda enjoys spending time with her four-legged companions.

Chris Ikeda-Nash, CPA

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been working as an accountant since 1989. Chris moved to the San Francisco Bay Area many years ago when he accepted a CFO position in a small start-up company. Since then Chris has been actively involved in the San Francisco Bay Area community, especially the East Bay region. Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and had additional academic training in accounting and business administration from California State University – East Bay.

Lester Dun is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Specialist. Lester’s professional experience includes over twenty-five years of tax and accounting work in public accounting, industry, non-profit, university and government organizations. Lester earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside the office, Lester enjoys riding his folding bike for recreation.

Ivana is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ivana received her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from California State University – East Bay in 2014, and subsequently further her academic training there and earned her Master’s degree in Accountancy. Ivana joined the Chang & Associates team shortly after graduation and since then has been putting her knowledge to good use by helping clients with their accounting and tax needs. In her spare time, Ivana enjoys traveling to new places and trying out new restaurants with friends.

Senior Accountant
Timothy has been working as an accountant since 2005 and is an Enrolled Agent (EA). He has experience in a host of taxation and accounting related areas including public accounting, industry and not-for-profit firms. Timothy earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and has additional graduate level academic training in taxation from Golden Gate University. Timothy is a native of the Bay Area. In his spare time, Timothy enjoys traveling, running and reading.
